Resident’s satisfaction survey

The Council is very keen to provide the residents of North Northamptonshire the opportunity to have their say on what they think of the services the Council provides.
The Residents’ Satisfaction Survey will cover general areas such as how satisfied with the area people are; whether they are kept well informed and if they think the Council offers value for money.
Further questions will also cover satisfaction with specific service areas the authority provides such as waste collections, parks and green spaces and road maintenance.
People will be able to answer the survey, which closes 11.59pm on July 27, 2025 on the Council’s consultation hub website, Your Voice Matters.
The survey is consistent with a national approach which is suggested by the Local Government Association, allowing data to be benchmarked against other local authorities.
